What is virtual training?

Virtual training is real business training delivered live over the internet by expert facilitators.

It’s just as interactive and collaborative as traditional classroom training. You can ask questions, discuss ideas, and work as a group or in break-out sessions.

All you need to take part is access to the internet via a computer or tablet.

Why go virtual?

In a nutshell, there are three very good reasons for switching to virtual training:

1. A consistent, shared learning experience for all employees

Virtual training can replicate almost all of the benefits of classroom courses whilst also offering unique new ways for colleagues to collaborate, no matter where they are based on the planet.

That means members of geographically dispersed teams can now enjoy the same training experience – learning and growing together.

2. Flexible and convenient scheduling

Virtual training is delivered as a series of bite-size modules that can be scheduled at any time of day to minimise disruption to delegates’ work.

And of course there’s no need to waste time travelling to course venues!

3. Reduced training costs

Virtual training sessions cost less to run than classroom courses. Not only can they be delivered in concise, snappy modules, but they also don’t require a potentially expensive venue.

And because participants can attend training from their desks, travel and accommodation costs are also a thing of the past.
