Managing Remote Workers Training

Managing Remote Workersremote

Managing the productivity of a team of people with different needs, skills and personalities is a difficult job. Managing them remotely poses even more challenges.

Managers of remote workers need to ensure their team is working efficiently, happily and to a shared agenda whilst team members work independently, without supervision and without regular face-to-face contact.

The Managing Remote Workers training course provides managers of remote teams with a toolkit of techniques for strengthening relationships within their team, and maintaining motivation, engagement and shared goals.

Session purpose

The purpose of this course is to provide those who manage remote workers with a set of techniques for managing productivity and relationships within their team without the benefit of regular in-person contact.

It offers managers of remote workers the opportunity to identify and discuss the key challenges involved in managing at a distance, as well as providing insights into those faced by the team members themselves.

Delegates will learn how to use a results oriented approach to managing remote workers, devising clear objectives that help to bring focus and accountability to their teams.
