Jacqui Bishop

Founder and Training Director 

Jacqui has extensive experience in creating and delivering training and coaching programmes for a wide range of clients worldwide. ¬†She is a qualified life coach, MBTI¬ģ and MiRo¬© accredited, as well as certified in adult education and development. Jacqui specialises in interactive virtual learning that engages participants during the event and, better still, provides the tools and motivation to put their new skills and knowledge to work immediately after the session ends.


Neil Baxter

Founder and Marketing Director

Neil has many years experience setting-up and leading organisations in the learning and development sector. He has designed and organised training and development programmes that have helped thousands of people become better, happier workers. Neil’s PhD research examines the impact of technology on collaboration at work. His academic work has been published in¬†prestigious¬†journals such as the Sociological Review.


Alison Townley

Lead Trainer, Americas

Alison has been a training and development consultant for 17 years, before which she was Management Development Manager at Harrods of London and Group Training & Development Manager at leading UK retailer, Burton Group, as well as working for the UK parliament. She has helped a wide variety of organisations and individuals at all levels of seniority facilitate cultural change, performance management, team building, executive coaching, 360 feedback, psychometric assessment, leadership and personal development.


Louise Crowe

Lead Trainer, Asia and Oceania 

Louise is an experienced trainer with over a decade of expertise working within the financial, property and recruitment sectors.¬† Louise is Insights¬ģ and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument¬ģ accredited.¬† Her breadth of knowledge ranges from 1:2:1 coaching, classroom and virtual training on professional development, management & leadership skills. Louise‚Äôs personal objective is to help others achieve excellence through training.
